How a baccarat round works

Choose a side
Select Player, Banker or Tie before the betting timer ends.

Cards are dealt
Player and Banker each receive two cards at the start of the round.

Drawing is automatic
Any third card is dealt according to fixed baccarat rules. You do not choose whether to draw.

The closest hand wins
The hand with a total closest to nine wins the round.
Card values
How baccarat points are counted
- Ace is worth 1 point.
- Cards 2 to 9 keep their face value.
- 10, Jack, Queen and King are worth 0 points.
- Only the final digit of the total is counted.
Example7 + 8 = 15
So the baccarat total is 5.

Banker
Wins when the Banker hand finishes closer to nine.
Tie
Wins when both hands finish with the same total.
“Player” and “Banker” are names for the two hands. They do not mean that you are playing against another person or the casino dealer.

These draws happen automatically. The player does not make a hit or stand decision.
